Return & Refund Policy

At Mad Cakes, we take pride in delivering freshly baked cakes and desserts made with love and the finest ingredients. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Since our products are perishable and custom-made, we have a clear Return & Refund Policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

Return Policy

As our cakes and desserts are made fresh for each order, we do not accept product returns once the order has been delivered.

Returns are only considered if: The wrong product has been delivered (different from what was ordered).
The product was delivered in a damaged or unfit condition.

In such cases, the customer must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos of the product and order details.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

If the order is canceled within the allowed cancellation window (see section 3).
If the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or not as described, and we are unable to provide a replacement.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
For same-day or urgent orders, cancellation is not allowed once the order has been confirmed.
To cancel, customers must contact our support team directly via phone or email.

Replacement Policy

If the delivered cake is incorrect or damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, subject to verification.
Replacement requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery along with supporting photos.
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

If the cake is not stored properly after delivery (e.g., refrigeration requirements not followed).
If the delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.
If the customer changes their mind after the order is prepared or delivered.
If complaints are raised beyond the stipulated time (2 hours after delivery).
